The House

A detached Victorian villa built in 1897 as the vicarage to All Saints Church. We have two large en-suite rooms with bath available in a busy family home with small children and dogs.  

There is a guest dining room with tea and coffee facilities at any time. It is a few minutes walk to the nearest pub (there are several), 5 minutes to the yacht club and town centre (downhill) and 10-15 minutes to the marina.

There is ample off street secure parking and a barbecue and garden tables and chairs available to guests.

Guests can cook their catch (or purchase) of the day and watch sun down with a bottle of wine from the veranda.

The house has direct access to the park behind with a playground and large green and a convenience store with newspapers at the far end.

We have SKY TV in the family living room which is available to guests for vital sports viewing. A fax and broadband internet service is also available. We have a selection of books, videos and DVDs for free use during your stay.
